Koch Real Estate Investments has acquired The Drew Las Vegas, which was previously known as Fontainebleu.

The unfinished 63-story hotel has been sitting on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip for years. Construction originally began in 2006.

Executives with Koch say they view the property as a “great opportunity.”

They say they will work alongside Fontainebleau Development as the project evolves.
