The results are being counted in the state of Nevada. As of 9 p.m., it appears that Hillary Clinton will win the state of Nevada.

Catherine Cortez Masto is also leading in the race against Joe Heck for the U.S. Senate, which is seen as one of the most important Senate races in the nation. Cortez Masto has almost 390,000 votes to Heck's 347,000.

Other expected winners in Nevada include Dina Titus for Congressional District 1 and Mark Amodei for Congressional District 2. Titus faced Mary Perry and Amodei faced Chip Evans.

There are also several big questions on this year's ballot.

So far, it looks like that voters are in favor of legalizing marijuana and also voted yes for the open electric energy market.

Almost 425,000 people have voted yes to legalize marijuana and a little more than 570,000 have voted yes for an open electric energy market.
