LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A High Wind Warning will be in effect beginning at 7 p.m. Sunday and will last all night.
Winds will pick up dramatically after dark. Gusts could hit 50 mph Sunday night as a cold front approaches Las Vegas.
Cold northwest winds gusting to 35 mph will keep highs in the upper 50s on Monday afternoon. Bundle up and be ready for wind at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day parade in downtown Las Vegas.
There may be a few isolated rain or snow showers in the Spring Mountains tonight through tomorrow. We'll drop to the upper 30s and low 40s Monday night and Tuesday night. Highs in the upper 50s continue Tuesday (gusts to 30 mph then) and Wednesday will deliver calmer conditions.
