LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — If you're still hanging onto a Payless gift card, you should head over to a store Monday.
March 11 is the last day to use gift cards.
Payless filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last month. All 2,500 locations of the shoe store will be closing at the end of the month.
The Gap, Victoria's Secret, Gymboree, Charlotte Russe and Tesla are also closing stores this year.
Almost 5,000 store closures have been announced since January.
