A Frontier Airlines flight from San Diego, California, to Denver, Colorado, was diverted to Las Vegas on Thursday morning after a passenger became ill and died.
A representative for Frontier says that the male passenger died despite receiving CPR. No other information was released about the passenger by the airlines.
Action News became aware to the diversion after being contacted by one of the passengers. The passengers are scheduled to catch a flight to continue their trip around 2 p.m.
