UPDATE ON MARCH 17: Sabrina Sayago is pleading for those who killed her 19-year-old daughter, Alyssa, to be found and arrested.

"She was a light really ... in this dark world," Sabrina said of her youngest child.

Sabrina had only seen Alyssa minutes before she left, never to come back.

"Hey hey where you going? And she's like, I gotta give my friend a ride home, and I'm like no no no," Sabrina recalled.

But she let her go and then minutes turned into hours. She tracked her child's car with a GPS, arriving at the scene of a homicide, where Sabrina just knew.

The only mistake Alyssa made was being there, Sabrina said.

Alyssa was a college student and worked two jobs.

"She had researched every NBA strength and conditioning coach... where they went to school," Sabrina said.

A vigil was held Friday evening at Aliante Natural Discovery Park.
