UPDATE: Another teenager arrested for death of woman in 2017

UPDATE JAN. 23, 2018: Another teenager has been arrested for the murder of Alyssa Sayago in March 2017.

19-year-old Latrell Stanley is facing multiple charges, including murder, first-degree kidnapping, robbery and conspiracy. He was arrested Jan. 18 after investigators found latent prints at the crime scene belonging to Stanley.

Two other teens, 19-year-old Daelin Wagner and 18-year-old Khari James, were already arrested.

UPDATE ON APRIL 18: Police have arrested the woman, identified as Tracena Danay Brown, they believe was driving the car used during the murder of Alyssa Sayago.

UPDATE ON APRIL 12: The official arrest report shows at 9:37 p.m. on March 13 police arrived on the scene after calls of a single gunshot fired. They found Alyssa Sayago in the backyard of the home with a single gunshot wound to the head.

Sayago was shot in the front of her forehead, with the bullet exiting the back of her head.

Sayago's mother provided police with her cell phone, which showed several recent calls and text messages, one that showed a suspect setting up a drug deal with Sayago at the crime scene.

A friend of Sayago revealed to police that she had started selling a small amount of marijuana. Police later found that Daelin Wagner was the one that contacted Sayago to purchase drugs. Wagner didn't match the description of the two men who murdered Sayago, so police continued to search for more suspects.

When Wagner's phone was confiscated it showed that he was in contact with an accomplice, Khari James, prior to the murder. Surveillance video shows Khari James and another man met with Sayago and committed the murder.

On March 20, an anonymous citizen called the police and said that Khari was bragging about the murder and gave the suspect's whereabouts. When apprehended, James named 4 others involved with the robbery homicide. One of those identified was Daelin Wagner.

James explains that he and another unknown male lured Sayago into the backyard with plans to rob her but Sayago sprayed mace at James and he retaliated with a single shot to her head.

UPDATE ON APRIL 7: Two teenagers have been arrested for the murder of 19-year-old Alyssa Sayago. Las Vegas police have confirmed that 17-year-old Khari James was arrested in California and 18-year-old Daelin Wagner was arrested in Texas.

Both suspects will be extradited to Las Vegas.

There is no other information available about the arrests at this time.

UPDATE ON MARCH 17: Sabrina Sayago is pleading for those who killed her 19-year-old daughter, Alyssa, to be found and arrested.

"She was a light really ... in this dark world," Sabrina said of her youngest child.

Sabrina had only seen Alyssa minutes before she left, never to come back.

"Hey hey where you going? And she's like, I gotta give my friend a ride home, and I'm like no no no," Sabrina recalled.

But she let her go and then minutes turned into hours. She tracked her child's car with a GPS, arriving at the scene of a homicide, where Sabrina just knew.

The only mistake Alyssa made was being there, Sabrina said.

Alyssa was a college student and worked two jobs.

"She had researched every NBA strength and conditioning coach... where they went to school," Sabrina said.

A vigil was held Friday evening at Aliante Natural Discovery Park.
