Eldorado Resorts completes $17+ billion merger with Caesars Entertainment

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Eldorado Resorts announced on Monday that it has completed its merger with Caesars Entertainment, making it "the largest casino and entertainment company in the U.S.," according to the press release.

The combined company now owns more than 55 casino properties worldwide.

“...We look forward to executing on the numerous opportunities ahead to create value for all stakeholders...and we look forward to implementing all of the strategic initiatives that will position the company for continued growth.” Tom Reeg, CEO of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. is quoted in the announcement.
