The driver was suspected of being under the influence following an early Tuesday morning crash near U.S. 95 and Decatur Boulevard.
Nevada Highway Patrol said around 1:30 a.m. the driver lost control of the car and spun off the road, rolling at least two times. Troopers said they suspect the driver was drunk.
The driver was rushed to University Medical Center where the person is expected to be OK.
