The restaurant on Arville and Spring Mountain in Chinatown got a 39-demerit C grade.
-Foodhandler prepared sanitizer then proceeded to handle food and equipment without handwashing.
-Visibly slimy jalapenos with black mold-like growth in reach-in cooler dripping on other vegetables beneath it.
-Food held at room temperature in danger zone including tofu and cut leafy greens.
-Bulk bags of flour left open.
-Multiple products double stacked without a barrier--subject to cross-contamination--throughout the facility including vegetables and raw squid laying atop cooked pork tongue.
