According to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office, at least one of the couple's neighbors is now being looked at closely. This is due to a previous criminal case between the two families.

Several weeks before the couple disappeared, deputies say the neighbor shot Jerry McFalls with a BB gun. According to prosecutors, that case has now been dismissed because McFalls has not shown up for court appointments.
"It's brutal not knowing," said David, a Fugitive Recovery Specialist from Clark County. David says this case is so unsettling he doesn't want to release his last name. But he has volunteered his time to try and help loved ones.

David and his employees have conducted a painstaking search of the couple's property in Littlefield, Arizona. They've also organized searches to get information. Everything they have uncovered has been passed over to investigators, he said.
Deputies have also conducted a search of their own.
"It's kind of a small town, how did they turn up missing?" said David. "..it didn't really sound right."
Right now, it is unclear what has happened to the couple. The Mohave County Sheriff's Office has not named any suspects. The McFalls family tells 13 Action News they have full faith in the police investigation.
