Nevada State College offers a program to jump start your career, and 13 Action News spoke to Christian Cervantes who is a recent graduate encouraging others to join the program.

The hospital is looking for both adult and pediatric registered nurses. The event starts at 7 a.m. in the hospital's auditorium near Maryland Parkway and Desert Inn.
