NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The North Las Vegas Police Department confirms an ongoing investigation at a senior living community on Thursday.
This comes after several community members reached out to Channel 13 to share concerns about a large police presence at the Vista Park Retirement Community on Farm Road near Aviary Way.
A spoksperson for the North Las Vegas Police Department says officers are involved in "an active investigation involving a deceased individual."
"At this time, details surrounding the circumstances remain limited as investigators continue gathering information," the official wrote.
Additional information about the investigation will be provided as it becomes available, police said.
This is a developing story.
