UPDATE: Victim of fatal shooting near Washington, Rainbow identified

FEB. 12 UPDATE: The Clark County Coroner identified the victim killed in Saturday's shooting as 45-year-old Reginald Durwan Carr. No city of residence was listed.

ORIGINAL STORY

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police rushed to the scene of a shooting at the 700 block of Dolores Drive around 12:17 a.m. Saturday.

Arriving officers found an adult male just outside of a residence suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg, and another adult male inside the doorway who appeared to have been shot to death. The injured man was taken to the hospital and later released.

An investigation revealed that several people lived at the residence and reported hearing gunshots. It appeared the suspect shot into the home from outside.

The suspect could only be described as a black male adult wearing a hoodie. He was last seen running to a dark-colored sedan parked near Washington Avenue.
