Police are trying to figure out where a man was killed in the Las Vegas valley.

Officers first heard reports of a male shot inside a vehicle around 6:20 a.m. on Oct. 26. They arrived at a parking lot near Flamingo Road and Durango Drive, and medical personnel pronounced the man dead at the scene.

Investigators found that the victim and a woman had been drinking at various locations around the valley. At some point, the woman became aware that the man had been shot and drove to a business to find help.

Due to the woman's level of intoxication, she couldn't remember the location of the crime, the time of the incident, or the people involved.

The Clark County Coroner will release the name of the victim and the manner of death at a later date.

Anyone with information about this case should contact Las Vegas police at 702-828-3521. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
