A man is in custody Monday morning after a string of car burglaries in the southwest part of the valley.
Police said he was breaking into car after car in the area of Durango Drive and Gowan Avenue around midnight.
Eventually police set up a perimeter, blocking off the area, and took the suspect into custody.
