LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police are investigating a homicide scene early Thursday morning.
Authorities report they were called to the 5300 block of W. Rome Boulevard, near Decatur Boulevard, with reports of a shooting.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says a fight broke out at a home at that location between two people over property outside.
Daniel Guillen, 32, was taken into custody after police say he shot the other person during the argument who later died.
Guillen is facing an open murder charge and the person's identity who died will be released by the Clark County coroner's office after family has been notified.
