LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in a hotel room at the STRAT hotel-casino late Friday night.
Police said they responded to the property at around 10 p.m. with reports of a man shot in one of the guest room towers.

Several people were at a birthday party in one of the hotel rooms when a fight broke out and a shooting took place, according to authorities.
Those in the group took off after the incident and a man in his 30s was killed in the room.
LVMPD Lt. Ray Spencer says no immediate arrests were made and officers were reviewing surveillance footage at the property with an investigation ongoing.
