Las Vegas police arrest 2 men for murder in early December

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police have arrested 2 men for a murder on Dec. 4.

It happened around 5 a.m. at an apartment on Folage Drive near Washington Avenue and Pecos Road. Police found an unresponsive male who had been shot several times on the patio of the apartment. The deceased was identified as 33-year-old Oscar Garcia by the Clark County coroner.

During the investigation, homicide detectives identified 19-year-old Oscar Reyes and 35-year-old Gerardo Aparicio as the suspects. They were arrested Dec. 27 and are facing charges for open murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
