LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas man accused of kidnapping a woman and ramming his car into a motorcycle officer has been found competent to stand trial.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports a District Court judge made the ruling Friday in the case of 22-year-old William Clarence Vinson.</p>

It was unclear Sunday if Vinson has a lawyer yet.
