LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas man accused of kidnapping a woman and ramming his car into a motorcycle officer has been found competent to stand trial.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports a District Court judge made the ruling Friday in the case of 22-year-old William Clarence Vinson.</p>

Vinson remains jailed without bond on suspicion of attempted murder with a deadly weapon, battery with a deadly weapon, first-degree kidnapping and battery by strangulation to commit sexual assault.
He was arrested in May after he allegedly backed a car in a Las Vegas Metro Police motorcycle officer.
Vinson allegedly sped away from the scene with a woman in the car.
That woman later told police Vinson allegedly kidnapped her and exposed himself to her.
It was unclear Sunday if Vinson has a lawyer yet.
