UPDATE MARCH 19: Las Vegas lawyer Alexis Plunkett has pleaded guilty to giving an inmate a cellphone.
In return, the judge agreed to drop intimidation charges against the lawyer.
Sentencing will take palce May 14.

Las Vegas lawyer Alexis Plunkett has been arrested again.
Plunkett was booked on charges of trying to prevent or dissuade a person from testifying and trying to bribe or intimidate a witness.
13 Action News first reported on Plunkett in 2017. At that time, she was under investigation because of her relationship with a client, an admitted gang member with a lengthy criminal history.
