A former Clark County School District substitute teacher was arrested for a sex act with a student.

CCSD reports 26-year-old Willie Bell was arrested on Thursday.

He had been a substitute teacher at Eldorado High School and also served as an assistant coach for girls basketball.

Bell is no longer employed by the Clark County School District.

He faces at least four counts of sex acts with a student.

According to the arrest report for Bell, the girl told a JAG instructor at the school about her relationship with Bell.

The two met through another coach at the school in November. They began texting and then began a relationship. The girl said that her parents knew she was seeing Bell, but did not know he was a coach and teacher.

The girl described sexual encounters with Bell at his condo and in a car. She said that the two of them got into an argument after she informed him that she was pregnant on Jan. 31. The girl told the JAG instructor about the relationship on Feb. 1.

Bell admitted the relationship with police when questioned. He told them that nothing was forced and the sexual relationship began over Christmas break.
