UPDATE APRIL 15: The Clark County coroner identified the man as 29-year-old Deandre L. Rawls. He died of a stab wound to the chest.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police are investigating a deadly stabbing Wednesday night.
Around 8 p.m., police responded to University Medical Center on Charleston Boulevard regarding a stabbing.
Police said a domestic situation turned deadly when a couple had an altercation inside a vehicle resulting in a man being stabbed. He has died from his injuries.
The suspect was detained and questioned by detectives but not arrested. The case will be forwarded to the Clark County District Attorney for review.
This is the 45th homicide in Las Vegas so far this year.
