A North Las Vegas man says two thieves were caught on surveillance video breaking into cars.
The incident occurred near Simmons Street and Tropical Parkway.
The man says his wallet and cell phone were stolen after he forgot to take them out of his car after a long day in the heat.
The resident says other people in the neighborhood were also hit that same night.
