A newly-released arrest report reveals that Gina Demarco, the woman who flashed a family during a road rage incident, may also be guilty of identity theft.

During a police investigation, officers discovered that the Lexus driven by Demarco during the incident was purchased using her grandmother's personal information. The grandmother had no prior knowledge of the acquisition.
So far, Demarco has not been officially charged.
She was arrested and briefly jailed. She was released on her own recognizance after an appearance in court.
