LATEST: The woman caught on camera, accused of flashing her chest and screaming profanities, will be released from Clark County Detention Center Monday.

Gina Demarco appeared in court Monday, but no complaint had been filed.  Demarco will be released on her own recognizance, meaning she does not have to post bail, and will have to appear in court for her future proceedings.

If and when that complaint is filed, they can move forward with the charges against Demarco.  Those charges include hit-and-run, as well as indecent exposure charges.

UPDATE:

The woman in this incident has been arrested.

34-year-old Gina Demarco was taken into custody without incident on two felonies -- indecent exposure and a fraud-related felony, one gross misdemeanor -- also fraud-related and two misdemeanors -- both related to the hit-and-run. She turned herself in to Nevada Highway Patrol troopers.

Demarco is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center.

ORIGINAL STORY:

A woman does something obscene when she gets in a fender bender and the whole thing is caught on camera.

Adrian Rodriguez's wife recorded a woman they say swiped their car. They capture her picking up her sweater and pulling down her bra, flashing them.

Then she starts yelling curse words at them.

Finally, she gets in her car and drives away.

The whole encounter was about a minute and a half.

Rodriguez says he was trying to make a left turn during rush hour Thursday afternoon when the woman cut in front of him using the emergency lane.

He was shocked when she inexplicably flashed him and his family, including four kids in the backseat.

"Well the first thing is she got out of the car and was like, "Oh, you hit my car!" Rodriguez said. "And she's trying to blame it on us. No. You cut in front of me."

The damage on Rodriguez's car wasn't very serious.

He reported the incident to police and turned over the flashing video too.
