ARIZONA (KTNV) — Authorities in Arizona were involved in a shooting Wednesday afternoon.
The Mohave County Sheriff's Office said the incident started at about 12:30 p.m. when deputies were requested to assist another law enforcement agency with a pursuit.
Deputies spotted the wanted vehicle and man on Norrie Drive, in Kingman, Ariz. He was walking with a weapon, according to the MCSO.

Authorities gave verbal commands, but a confrontation with the man escalated to shots being fired by a deputy with the person in question dying at the scene.
Mohave County Sheriff's Office said no deputies were injured, and an outside agency is continuing the investigation into the shooting.
