UPDATE MAY 8: A bus was destroyed by fire shortly before 4 a.m. No one was injured. The fire is under investigation.

The Boys & Girls Club says this is the second case of vandalism in two months after the incidents several weeks ago.

ORIGINAL STORY

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking information from the public regarding three vehicles that were vandalized at a Henderson clubhouse last week.

Sometime overnight on Thursday, April 12, two passenger vehicles parked at the John C. Kish Boys & Girls Club, located at 401 Drake Street near Burkholder Boulevard and Major Avenue, sustained serious exterior damage. Another passenger van parked at the same location, received severe damage when it was set on fire and the entire interior destroyed.

These passenger vehicles are the primary transportation for the Boys & Girls Club as they are utilized to transport club members to and from school, on field trips and outings.

These incidents are being investigated by the Henderson Police Department.  Anyone with information on these acts of vandalism is encouraged to report it to Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
