UPDATE APRIL 23: The Clark County Coroner determined the cause of death for Kathryn McGuire to have been cardiac arrhythmia and her death was ruled natural.

The Henderson Police Department responded to St. Rose Siena Hospital on Monday regarding the death of a 15-year-old girl.
The department says the death does not appear to be suspicious.

The Clark County Coroner’s office has identified the teen as Kathryn McGuire from Painesville, Ohio. Her cause of death is still pending.
There have been no arrests in this investigation, police say.
