PAHRUMP (KTNV) — The COVID-19 Vaccination POD scheduled in Pahrump for Feb. 17 has been canceled because of a delay in the delivery of the doses due to winter weather across the country.
Nye County says it is monitoring the situation closely and is working with the state to get vaccine doses as soon as possible.

In a statement released, they are asking "Pahrump and Nye County residents to continue to be patient as County Emergency Management and its partners work to secure doses for everyone who wants to be vaccinated."
The statement from Nye County also stated "people who made appointments will be notified of the new date via email, text or phone call as soon as the date is determined."
