LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is releasing new recommendations to local construction sites.
OSHA says it conducted surveys of active construction sites in Nevada where it was visible that employees are still being directed to work in close proximity to others.
The new guidelines recommend keeping workers at least six feet apart, restrict meetings and conduct daily surveys among other things.
Today, Gov. Steve Sisolak said all construction projects will remain open in Nevada because they are deemed essential,
One worker at the Allegiant Stadium site and one working on Resorts World tested positive for COVID-19.
