NEVADA (KTNV) — The Nevada Gaming Control Board says restaurants within a licensed gaming property can reopen during Phase 1 of the state's reopening plan.

The board said a restaurant must comply with the same industry-specific guidance for food establishments issued by Gov. Steve Sisolak's office.

Also, restaurants must report whether there is a separate entrance or explain how patrons can only enter the eatery without stepping onto the gaming floor.

The notice continues to say the restaurant must confirm that it will comply with any directives or orders issued by the county commission or health district that enact more restrictive measures on reopening.

Furthermore, if there is no restroom inside the restaurant, the outlet must explain to the board how it will ensure that guests may enter restrooms outside of the restaurant without accessing the gaming floor.
