First look inside the Las Vegas Convention Center turned COVID-19 vaccine clinic

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Las Vegas Convention Center is turning into a COVID-19 vaccine clinic.

The clinic will be for people getting their second dose of either vaccine.

Officials there say the clinic will start with a capacity to give 1,400-second dose vaccinations per day increasing to 3,000 per day.

The clinic will have separate areas for Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.

The center will be open Tuesday through Saturday in the C-1 area of the facility's central hall.

You must make an appointment in advance.

The Southern Nevada Health District says it's working to reach out to people who are eligible.
