NATIONAL (KTNV) — A coronavirus vaccine is currently being developed in the U.S., and it is showing some promising signs.
Biotech company Moderna says its vaccine has produced antibodies in all of its 45 patients.
Vaccine study opens up to older adults & elderly
The antibodies were similar to patients who naturally recovered from COVID-19.
Phase 3 of the trial is expected to get underway in the second half of July. After that, regulators can then decide to approve the vaccine or not.
