LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — All 13 Clubhouses re-opened valley-wide on Aug. 24 and currently have spaces available for families in need of distance learning support and/or afterschool enrichment activities.

Clubhouses serve youth, ages 6-18 (grades 1-12), Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) offer a safe environment where children can learn, have fun, and develop supportive relationships with peers and caring adults.

Youth attendance provides parents the ability to work, run errands, and have respite time to recharge.

Services are available all-day or after-school.

During the school day, BGCSNV staff assists students with platform access and hands-on academic support.

Youth with laptops or tablets can access secure Wi-Fi networks, while those without will have access to on-site technology (mix of desktops, tablets, and laptops) in order to help kids maintain academic progress.

The great news is that all the Clubhouses still offer traditional before and after school programming.

Membership and attendance fees are affordable. Financial assistance is available for eligible families and when approved, allows children to attend at little or no cost.

Current BGCSNV registered members should contact their Clubhouse for Fall enrollment. Non-members register online at bgcsnv.org/learn/membership and then enroll for Fall. For more information, please visit www.bgcsnv.org and email membership@bgcsnv.org with any questions/inquiries.
