The city of Las Vegas will move forward with tomorrow’s City Council meeting with additional safety precautions in place due to concerns about COVID-19.

The meeting will begin following the 8:30 a.m. Redevelopment Agency meeting in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, located at 495 S. Main St.

All ceremonial items have been postponed and social distancing will be practiced inside council chambers. Anyone from the public who attends the meeting in person will need to be medically screened in front of City Hall prior to entering.

The meeting is set to move forward to maintain government functions and allow the city to continue to provide critical services.

In addition to social distancing and hand sanitizer being available, the meeting will be broadcast live as normal on KCLV Channel 2, the city’s government access television station, and here.

Public Comment will be available for the items on the City Council and Redevelopment Agency agendas online at cityoflasvegas.formstack.com and via email at citycouncillive@lasvegasnevada.gov.

Comments will be taken on individual items at the meeting and while the item has been called during the meeting.
