Clark County School District Supt. Dr. Jesus Jara appeared on Good Morning Las Vegas to talk about the future of CCSD and his five-year plan.
The five-year plan calls for all schools to be rated 3-stars or higher and a 90 percent graduation rate.
It also includes a plan to recruit and retain quality teachers.
