It’s caviar taco has been named one of the best in the United States by the travel website Orbitz.

The caviar tacos are crafted out of Yukon Gold potatoes and topped with hamachi and Golden Osetra caviar (one of the world’s most prized caviars) and cost $47 each. Or, you can try the less expensive version made with hackleback roe that only costs $15 per taco.
The caviar tacos have been described as the “perfect meeting of crunchy texture and savory minerality.”
