CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Thieves steal toolbox

A victim caught surveillance footage of two men who broke into his truck and stole a toolbox on Tuesday near Alexander Road and Tenya Way.

 

The toolbox thieves appeared to be driving a blue Chevy pickup truck.
