A bicyclist is recovering after being hit by a car near downtown Las Vegas Tuesday night.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. near Eastern Avenue and Fremont Street.
Police said the bicyclist was at fault because the person was not in a crosswalk, nor wearing any lights or reflective gear. The rider was hurt but is expected to be OK.
