A man that was dancing around on a roof and waving a gun is now in custody.
The incident happened near Valley View and Sahara.
Police say the man was acting erratically on top of a vacant building in a shopping plaza. The building used to be a Food 4 Less.
After about an hour, police were able to negotiate with the man to come down on a ladder and surrender.
He was taken into custody.
It is unclear if the man was on drugs or what his motive was.
