32,000 Nevadans could lose SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits under the new rules from the Trump Administration.

Gov. Sisolak is calling the change “unconscionable” and "devastating."

Nevada has received a waiver from January through March that covers all but Washoe County. If future waivers are denied more than 32,000 individuals will lose SNAP after three months, according to the Department of Health and Human Services said Friday.
