A 31-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash Sunday in northwest Las Vegas.

Around 4:10 p.m., a 2004 Suzuki GSXR 750 motorcycle was traveling south on Larry Mcbryde Street and was approaching the "L" type intersection with Severence Lane, not far from Farm and Shaumber roads. Police said the Suzuki rider failed to negotiate the turn at the intersection and traveled off the south side of the intersection.

The rider and motorcycle impacted a block wall on the south side of Severence Lane. The motorcycle rider was transported to UMC Trauma by emergency medical services.

The motorcycle rider was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
