Matt Tufele, founder and black-belt professor at Mana Jiu-Jitsu Academy, joined us alongside his wife, Kalyn, to talk about the academy's new location in The Bend Las Vegas. The family also showed us what Jiu-Jitsu looks like in action, with live demonstrations highlighting the sport's focus on confidence, discipline, movement and practical self-defense.
