Basic math skills are a MUST as well as good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have ability to walk a long period of time on cement floor.
Ability to sit for a long period of time to cycle count small parts.

Knowledge of stock identification by both description and part number.
Will need basic Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word experience.

Maintenance Technician

Apartment maintenance skills transfer well.

Job description; Support a team environment, snaking, painting and filter changing.
A/C familiarity is a plus.
