LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Here is a list of a few career fairs scheduled to take place within the Las Vegas valley in March:
Clark County School District is hiring and it is looking to fill a variety of positions.

Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson, the Nevada Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation, and Workforce Connections One-Stop Career Centers are hosting a job fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Enclave, located at 5810 South Eastern Ave.
“Our residents are looking for new jobs and careers, and we are excited to offer this job fair as an opportunity to connect with a variety of local employers in a central location and a welcoming atmosphere,” said Commissioner Gibson.
The Enclave, which hosts a variety of conferences, trade shows, and receptions, has donated their facility at no cost, for the event.
More than 30 employers are registered to attend the job fair including retailers, hotels and casinos, security companies, health care providers, area police fire departments and local government agencies.
Job seekers are encouraged to dress for success and to bring at least 30 copies of their current resumes to give to employers participating in the fair.
“By working together, we can bring employers and employment resources directly into the communities we serve,” said Jaime Cruz, Workforce Connections executive director. “This event is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a new job or career opportunity.”
Employers and job seekers interested in attending the fair are encouraged to register here . Registration is not a requirement but is helpful to organizers.
JobFairX is hosting a job fair in Las Vegas at the Hampton Inn located at 4975 Dean Martin Drive from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The hiring event will offer job seekers an opportunity to meet face-to-face with dozens of employers hiring in town.
Jobs represented will include sales, hospitality, customer service, accounting, administrative, banking, finance, insurance, government, technology, restaurant, retail and more.
All job seekers are encouraged to attend this free event to network, submit resumes and connect with hiring managers.
To make the most of the event, job seekers should RSVP , dress professionally and bring multiple copies of their resume.
Somerpointe Resorts is holding a job fair at Tahiti Village for its three Las Vegas properties from 3-7 p.m.
The event will be held in the second floor conference room of the main lobby building.
Managers will meet with job seekers and provide on-the-spot interviewing and hiring.
Tahiti Village is located at 7200 Las Vegas Blvd. at Warm Springs Road.

UNLV is hosting a 2019 Spring Job Fair that will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. inside the Student Union Ballrooms.
The annual event is free and open to current UNLV students and alumni.
This hiring fair hopes to connect existing students and alumni with potential full-time employment, seasonal employment, and internship opportunities.
More than 100 companies are expected to be on campus.
Among the attendees: Ameriprise Financial, Boyd Gaming, the Clark County School District, D.R. Horton, Enterprise, Northwestern Mutual, Panda Restaurant Group, Penske Truck Leasing Co., Pepsico, Sherwin-Williams, and Wynn Las Vegas to name a few.
This career fair is free to all job seekers will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Palace Station hotel-casino inside Salon A.
Careers represented will be based upon employers needs but are expected to include sales, customer service representatives, guest services, food and beverage, casino positions, security officers, and more.
Barclays, the Clark County School District, Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Northwest Career College, and Palace Station are a few of the employers listed to attend.
A representative from HireLive said the company hosts management, sales, and retail-specific career fairs nationwide.
Thursday's job fair will be held at the Suncoast hotel-casino and run from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Some of the companies registered for the event include Alorica, DeVry University, Hilton Grand Vacations, Marshall Retail Group, Northwest Career College, TPC Summerlin Resort and more.
Job seekers were urged to bring resumes and to dress professionally for the no charge event.
