LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The following is a list of 2019 Veterans Day specials being offered in Las Vegas:

The city of Las Vegas will celebrate and thank veterans at the 2019 Veterans Day Parade set to start at 10 a.m. Nov. 11, in downtown Las Vegas. The parade will run north on Fourth Street between Gass and Stewart avenues. Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman will participate in the parade that is sponsored by the Veterans Action Group, a local veterans’ organization.

Acres Cannabis will feature a special Veterans Day Farmer’s Market event benefiting the Veterans Cannabis Project. The commemorative day will include:

-Live music
-$1 from every pre-roll pack sold will benefit the Veteran's Cannabis Project. the organization dedicated to advancing the full legalization of medical cannabis at the federal level so all U.S. veterans may legally benefit from it.
-Increased discount (25 percent) for all veterans
-Pop-ups from local veterans’ organizations

AMC Theatres is offering a Veterans Day weekend special to honor those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. The theater chain is offering military members a free large popcorn to enjoy with their movie over Veterans Day weekend along with discounted pricing with valid military ID.

In honor of Veterans Day, Ancestry is opening its archive of US military records, offering FREE access from November 8 - November 17. Ancestry has more than 260 million US military records including draft cards, soldier pension indexes, enlistment records and more.

On Veterans Day, Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, Applebee's invites all veterans and active-duty military to visit their local restaurant to enjoy a complimentary full-size entree from an exclusive menu.

Bass Pro Shops celebrate our hometown military and first responders on Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. The Nellis Air Force Base Honor Guard will present the colors at 9 a.m. along with the singing of the National Anthem. There will also be giveaways along with a banner thanking all for their service. Coffee and doughnuts will be available from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and hot dogs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Also, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Nevada Highway Patrol vehicles will stop by the store located at 8200 Dean Martin Dr.

BEER PARK at Paris Las Vegas will offer military service members with a 20 percent discount this Veterans Day on Monday, Nov. 11.

Black Tap Las Vegas will be offering a Veterans Day Shake for a limited time from November 8 -11 and as a salute to our troops, will be offering it for free to all Veterans with a valid ID.

The Red, White & Blue Cake Shake is a vanilla shake featuring a vanilla frosted rim with red, white and blue sprinkles topped with red, white and blue cake, whipped cream, more sprinkles, and a cherry ($19).

The fresh fish experts at Bonefish Grill are providing a complimentary appetizer such as Mussels Josephine, Calamari, Imperial Dip and the famous Bang Bang Shrimp® (large portion of tuna sashimi not available). On Monday, Nov. 11, all active and retired service members with a valid military ID will receive the deal at any Bonefish Grill location.

Sam’s Town is hosting its annual cell phone drive, benefiting the national nonprofit organization Cell Phones for Soldiers. Each donated device provides a service member with the opportunity to call their loved ones at home at no charge. From November 4-15, DraftKings and VetsinTech are offering Las Vegas-based veterans and their spouses free training for a myriad of web development and technology skills as part of their Tech for Heroes program. The training, which have been held across the country for veterans, aim to help veterans find new jobs in the technology industry by focusing on the basics of programming by building visual and interactive components of a website, as well as resume building and interview preparation. The class is being held at 300 S. 4th St. Suite #180.

Fantasy at the Luxor hotel-casino is female adult revue, will salute the nation’s troops with a complimentary performance at 10:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11 in honor of Veterans Day. FANTASY will offer complimentary tickets for veterans and active-duty military with valid military identification. Following the show, all guests are invited to mix and mingle with the FANTASY cast at a meet-and-greet, with the opportunity for autographs and photos.

In celebration of America’s military service members, Fremont Street Experience will host the 7th annual “Salute to the Troops” featuring a special performance by Gary Sinise & The Lt. Dan Band on Saturday, Nov. 9, free of charge. Beginning at 7 p.m.

Glittering Lights invites all Veterans to experience the millions of holiday themed lights at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, free of charge, on Nov. 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Veteran’s Resource Fair brings together organizations with information that may significantly impact veterans and dependents. On Veterans Day, Rí Rá Las Vegas honors those that have served and will offer a 15 percent discount to veterans and military members on all food purchases. Active and non-active military members must show a valid military ID to receive the discount.

To thank our military personnel to their service to our country, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) will offer active military service members and veterans complimentary rides on Veterans Day, Monday, Nov. 11.

Those who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces may ride all 39 RTC transit routes for free from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Veterans Day. To ride, service members simply need to present the bus driver with their military or veterans identification card from any state when boarding.

All active and retired military personnel will receive one complimentary admission with a valid ID, and up to four accompanying family members will receive a $5 discount off a general admission ticket on Nov. 8 – 11 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m with last admission at 4 p.m.

On Nov. 11, at 3:30 p.m., guests and team members of The Venetian Resort will honor the wounded warriors at a special Veterans Day ceremony inside the resort’s Grand Colonnade in The Venetian Lobby. Airmen from Nellis Air Force Base will participate with the Presentation of the Colors. The ceremony is open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.

Twin Peaks will show its appreciation to its armed forces on Monday, Nov. 11 with select free menu items. The items offered are Chicken Tenders, Ol’ Fashioned BLT, Cheeseburger and The Wedge Salad.

In honor of Veterans Day, which is fast approaching, U.S.VETS – Las Vegas will hold it's 11th annual Honoring Those Who Served benefit dinner on Thursday, November 7, 2019, at The Mirage. The event will benefit the programs and services that U.S.VETS provides for homeless and at-risk veterans in the Las Vegas area.

The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System will host its 5th Annual Car Show & BBQ in celebration of Veterans Day. The event is open to the public.

Vegas Golden Knights President Kerry Bubolz announced that the team will host Military Appreciation Knight on Wednesday, Nov. 13, when the Golden Knights face the Chicago Blackhawks at 7 p.m. PT at T-Mobile Arena.

The Golden Knights will wear specialty camouflage jerseys during warmups that will be signed and auctioned off during the game. All proceeds of the auction and 51/49 raffle that night will benefit the Folded Flag Foundation.

Deryk Engelland’s Foundation, Engo’s Heroes, will host a veteran through Veterans Village at the game, and the Golden Knights will host military members from Creech Air Force Base. Current and past military members will be honored throughout the night in recognition of their service.

A care package drive will be happening on Nov. 9-10 at the Veterans Expo inside the Galleria Mall that will be collecting nonperishable donations for our troops over seas.

To honor the many individuals who have served within the United States Armed Forces and to pay homage to all fallen heroes, Veterans Village will hold its 8th annual Veterans Day ceremony on Nov. 11 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m at 50 N. 21st Street. Featured celebrity guest speaker for this year’s event is Rock ‘n’ Roll Legend John Fogerty.

On Nov. 11, Wienerschnitzel, the world’s largest hot dog chain, will offer a free chili dog, small fries, and a small Pepsi to members of the armed forces in honor of Veterans Day.
