FIREWORKS
park-and-ride facilities and partner lots located across the valley. Those celebrating New Year’s Eve can take advantage of the facilities, where it is free to park, to avoid the holiday traffic. Transit service to both the Las Vegas Strip and downtown Las Vegas is offered at the following RTC operated park & ride facilities:
· SOUTH: South Strip Transit Terminal (6675 S. Gilespie St.) via the Strip and Downtown Express (SDX) and Maryland Parkway Route 109.
· NORTHWEST: Centennial Hills Transit Center and Park & Ride (7313 Grand Montecito Pkwy.) via the Centennial Express (CX)
· WEST: Westcliff Transit Center and Park & Ride (25 S. Durango Dr.) via the Westcliff Airport Express (WAX)
In addition to free transit service, the RTC is making transit even more convenient for the holiday by adding service. In addition to the thirteen RTC routes that regularly run 24/7, several other routes will run on a 24-hour schedule or with extended hours, including the Strip and Downtown Express (SDX) service, which will run from midnight to 3:30 a.m.

The Las Vegas Coalition for Zero Fatalities is increasing efforts to eliminate impaired driving with the announcement of new partners and an unprecedented pledge of $300,000 in free ride credit for high volume consumption holidays throughout 2020. New and existing users can receive up to $5 off two rides anywhere via Lyft in Las Vegas with code “LASNYE” from Dec. 31 at 10 a.m. through Jan. 1 at 4 p.m., while supplies last.

CHATEAU NIGHTCLUB & ROOFTOP
Looking to toast the New Year’s with a rooftop party? BEER PARK and Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop at Paris Las Vegas will come together to host a massive rooftop bash on Tuesday, Dec. 31. The party will include a premium open bar from 9 p.m. to midnight and complete access to BEER PARK and Chateau.
Plus, Chateau will offer packages with VIP offerings including bottle service, featuring Belvedere vodka and champagne.

The Chandelier is the place to see and be seen this New Year’s Eve. Levels 1 and 2 of the three-story bar will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, and will host a line of spirited cocktails and top shelf champagne. Blue Ribbon’s New Year’s Eve celebration menu will include a chilled seafood platter, followed by a choice of a Charcuterie, Steak Tartare, Iceberg Salad, The Wedge Salad or Shrimp Remoulade. Entrée options include a choice of Wagyu Hanger Steak or Filet of Beef with Steamed King Crab Leg, complimented with family style sides such as Grilled Asparagus and Truffle Mashed Potatoes. For dessert, guests may select either the signature Chocolate Bruno or Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding.
China Poblano

Take a culinary excursion through Mexico and China with China Poblano’s Jose’s Way Tasting Menu. Guests can enjoy a decadent tasting menu of authentic Spanish tapas including Pan de cristal con tomate y Manchego, Jamón ibérico de bellota Fermín and Jose’s signature Ostras ‘Gin & Tonic’*. Guests can top off the decadent meal with Cremoso con naranja y vermouth, a sweet dessert dish that consists of vanilla cream with orange granita and sweet vermouth.
Momofuku

Countdown to 2020 with Momofuku’s five-course, family-style chef’s tasting menu. The pre-fixe menu will begin with three courses of deluxe appetizers, including Momofuku favorites Grilled Sichuan Lamb Ribs, Chicken Karaage Buns, Japanese Uni Inari and more. For the main course of the evening, guests will choose one of four options for their entrée; Smoked Heritage Pork Prime Rib, Herb-Roasted Cod, Grilled Snake River Farms Bavette or Grilled A5 Hokkaido Wagyu. The decadent meal will conclude with a Soymilk Sundae, Elephant Ears and Harbison Cheese & Farmer’s Market Fruit for dessert. A limited a la carte menu will also be available on New Year’s Eve. The Cosmopolitan’s imaginative modern-day supper club will offer a decadent four-course meal alongside live music and high energy entertainment. Guests will be greeted with an amuse-bouche of Golden Osetra Caviar upon arrival. The first course offers a choice of Parsnip and Apple Velouté, Chilled Maine Lobster or Wagyu Steak Tartare. For the second course, guests can choose between White Truffle Risotto, Smoked Duck Breast or Sea Scallops. The table will then be presented with a choice of Filet Mignon, Ginger Glazed Chilean Sea Bass or Parisian Gnocchi. To end the night on a sweet note, guests have a choice of Coconut Panna Cota, Crème Brulee or a Chocolate Terrarium for the table.

Scarpetta is kicking off the new decade with a decadent New Year’s Eve prix-fixe menu featuring Foie Gras* Panna Cotta, Marinated Maine Lobster Salad, Duck Ravioli and a choice of Roasted Turbot or Grilled Prime Filet Tenderloin*. Guests are invited to finish off the meal with an assortment of desserts to make for the perfect evening.

Rainer Becker's modern Japanese restaurant will start the New Year with the ultimate Omakase five-course prix-fixe menu.
