Wynn Master Class Series will continue this fall in Las Vegas

Wynn Las Vegas continues its hit experimental program, the Wynn Master Class series, with six new experiences offered through mid-October.

Now in its third year, these innovative classes give guests the opportunity to go behind the scenes and learn from experts inside exclusive areas of the resort.

Each month, resort staff leads instructional and interactive sessions with guests in intimate settings featuring cooking demos, cake decorating and floral arrangement workshops, as well as premium tasting courses.

The Wynn Master Class Series continues with the following programming this fall:

Sept. 12: Casa Dragones Tequila Master Class

In honor of Mexican Independence Day, premium small batch tequila producer Casa Dragones invites guests to experience a special master class. Tequila authority Mariena Mercer hosts as participants receive an exclusive tasting of innovative tequila-based cocktails along with various expressions of Casa Dragones.

This class begins at 2 p.m. inside Elio; $125 per person. Participants must be 21 or older to attend.

Sept. 25: Cooking Frank’s Favorites

Lead by executive chef of Sinatra, Theo Schoenegger, participants will learn how to cook some of the restaurant’s signature dishes, which pay homage to Ol’ Blue Eyes. Guests will be treated to a light lunch in addition to the demonstration.

This class begins at 12 p.m. at Sinatra; $95 per person.

Oct. 1: Cooking with a Five Star Chef

Join Executive Chef Ming Yu of Wing Lei for the exclusive opportunity to learn insider tips and tricks from the award-winning chef himself. As the only Forbes five-star Chinese restaurant in North America, guests will get an exclusive demonstration of how to cook fan favorite dishes such as the three-cup sea bass and wok-tossed noodles. Participants will also dine on a light lunch.

This demonstration begins at 12 p.m. at Wing Lei; $95 per person.

Oct. 7: Florist for a Day

Experience an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the artistry that goes into Wynn’s breathtaking floral arrangements seen throughout the five-star resort. Floral manager Evelyn Herrera and floral designer Camille Lopez will teach guests the special techniques behind the creation of magnificent boutiques from conception to execution. Participants will create their own take-home arrangement while sipping on champagne and enjoying petit fours.

Held inside the floral studio, this class begins at 11 a.m.; $75 per person.

Oct. 8: Mastering the Art of Pasta

Executive chef of Costa Di Mare Mark LoRusso and his seasoned team of pasta artisans invite guests into the kitchen to learn the art of making pasta. The hands-on demonstration will cover everything from how to artfully fill ravioli and flawlessly execute handmade garganelli to the proper techniques on kneading, rolling, and cutting pasta dough. At the conclusion of the class, guests will be able to dine on their delicious creations.

This master class begins at 12 p.m. inside Costa Di Mare; $85 per person.

Oct. 14: Decorate Cakes Like a Pro

Master Cake Artist Floral Aghababyan, two-time winner of the Food Network’s Cake Challenge, gives participants an insider’s look into her expert techniques on professional cake decorating. Guests will be able to follow along as the celebrated cake designer shares her mastery on sugar décor, piping, working with fondant and chocolate, and much more.

This class begins at 2 p.m. inside Wynn kitchen; $75 per person.
