Police dashcam video from Texas is going viral because of something that happened during a traffic stop.
Pastor Wendell Davis was pulled over near Dallas but instead of receiving a ticket, the officer asked him to do something.
Wendell says the officer told him, "I am going to give you two warnings and I would like to make two requests. Will you pray for me and can I have a hug?"
The video is touching hearts from around the world.
The state trooper stopped Pastor Davis for an expired tag and for not having a front license plate.
