A woman was rescued from the Truckee River in downtown Reno on Sunday.
A video shot by the fire department shows a rescue crew trying to help the woman.
Officials say the woman jumped into the river at the Virginia Street bridge and initially she pulled away from rescuers.
The water in the Truckee River is known to move very fast and is quite cold.
